Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days before being shipped to your address.

Shipping typically takes 5 to 9 business days to reach the customer's destination.

Delivery Estimates

All delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, weather or other events outside our reasonable control do not entitle you to a refund based solely on delivery timing, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights.

Holiday Shipping Notice

Due to the holiday season and increased demand, shipping times may take up to 30 days to arrive at your address, but it's not the usual case. We kindly ask customers to place their orders with this in mind.

Delivery before Christmas is not guaranteed. By placing an order during this period, you acknowledge and agree that shipping delays caused by holidays, carriers, or customs are outside of our control. Orders that arrive after Christmas are not eligible for refunds based solely on delivery timing.
